2. Do you offer MOT testing?
Yes.
MOT testing is offered in combination with a service, allowing servicing, inspection and MOT to be managed together in one planned visit.
Any advisories are clearly explained so you can make informed decisions without pressure.
3. Do you service all makes and models?
Yes.
We service most petrol, diesel and hybrid vehicles. If you have a specific vehicle or requirement, we’re always happy to confirm suitability before booking.
4. Is valeting included with servicing?
Yes — always.
A professional valet is included with every servicing visit, so your vehicle is returned clean, well-presented and ready to use.
5. Are your prices fixed?
Our prices are clearly listed, and the final price is always confirmed before any work is carried out.
If anything additional is identified during inspection, it will be explained clearly and only completed with your approval. You’ll always know the cost before we proceed.
6. Will you carry out additional work without asking?
No.
Any additional work is documented clearly and discussed with you first. We never proceed without your approval.
7. Is my vehicle warranty affected?

8. How do I pay?
We offer multiple payment methods, with bank transfer as our preferred option.
Payment is arranged once all agreed work has been completed and documentation has been provided, and is required before the vehicle is returned.
9. Is my vehicle insured while in your care?
Yes.
Your vehicle is collected, driven and returned by an insured member of the Sterling Auto Care team. All vehicle movements are fully insured for your peace of mind.
10. Do you offer same-day servicing?
We aim to be as flexible as possible, depending on availability and the service required.
As we work on a booking-only basis and limit daily capacity to maintain quality, same-day servicing may be possible in some cases. Please contact us and we’ll advise honestly.
11. Do you offer walk-in services?
No.
All work is carried out by advance booking so we can plan properly, allocate the right amount of time to your vehicle, and deliver a consistent standard of care.
12. How far do you cover for collection and return?
We primarily serve Bromley and surrounding areas within approximately 10 miles of BR2 6AR.
In some cases, we may be able to accommodate locations slightly beyond this. Please get in touch and we’ll confirm availability.
13. What happens after I make a booking?
Once you book, we’ll confirm your service, collection details and timing with you in advance.
On the day, your vehicle is collected as agreed, the work is carried out as planned, and you’ll be kept informed if anything additional is identified. Your vehicle is then returned with clear documentation for your records.
